This is a gentle 1 hour class that will give you the chance to learn how we can tweak the yoga practice to give our lymphatic system a boost.
In this modern world our lymphatics system is working incredibly hard, and even a little support goes a long way to making sure this system keeps working efficiently.
This class will be delivered by Zoom.
